Home Warranty

A home warranty may be included in the contract or purchased by a Buyer.  It typically covers certain appliances and systems in the house.  A warranty may make sense if you’re buying an older home.  Carefully read the service agreement to determine what is and isn’t covered. A home warranty often provides contracts with local service companies to perform the actual inspections and repairs, which the warranty provider prefers  replacing broken items.
